Who can join Henley Live?
This platform is designed to bring together alumni, faculty, staff, student mentees, post-experience students, supporters and trusted industry partners.
What is Henley Live?
Henley Live is an online community enabling Henley alumni, RREF contacts and our supporters, to stay connected to the Business School and each other. Click on About Henley Live to watch a short preview and see what’s waiting for you inside.
When can I join?
The platform will be officially launched on 20 November 2018 at 9am. You will not be able to access the site until then.
I am a graduate of Henley – why didn’t I receive an invitation to join?
We sent invitations to everyone who has opted-in to receive emails from Henley Business School or RREF. If you did not receive one, this may be because you did not opt-in to emails under GDPR in May 2018, or that we don’t have a valid email address for you. You are still welcome to join – simply click Request to Join and we will aim process your request within a week, once we have verified your alumni status.
I have opted-in to receive emails from Henley or RREF but I still did not receive an invitation. Why is this?
It may be that the message went into your junk folder. Please add email@example.com to your safe senders list and this will prevent you missing messages from us. If you only opted-in very recently, it may be that you missed the cut-off. Please click Request to Join and we will process your membership as soon as possible.
When I enter my nearest town, the map won’t accept my town and I can’t complete my registration. What should I do?
To enter a town, you need to type the whole town name and you may need to add the country too (e.g. Reading, UK) before it is recognised in the drop down list. Once you see it appear, click on it in the dropdown list to add the town to your profile. The map takes a few moments to recognise town names, so you may need to give it a few seconds to respond.
If your town name is still not recognised, please try the capital city of your country, or use Henley-on-Thames, UK or Reading, UK temporarily. This will enable you to complete the registration. You can then contact us and let us know that you had problems with a particular town and we will look into the problem for you.
Where is the Request to Join button?
The Request to Join button will be available from Tuesday 20 November when the platform launches. It will appear at the top right of the homepage, next to Login.
I can’t remember my password. How do I reset it?
Click Login and then Reset password. Enter your email address and a link to reset your password will be sent to you by email.
If you have synced your profile with LinkedIn, you can click on the LinkedIn button to log in.
How will my data be used?
