With HCCM's annual conference postponed until March 2021, they are hosting a special short day conference with a very special guest speaker Ben Page, Chief Executive of Ipsos MORI. Ben will be talking about customer experience during COVID-19, expected trends post-pandemic and looking ahead to 2021.
The event will be hosted on Zoom and will include a Q&A session with Ben following his presentation, as well as a quick update on the HCCM and their upcoming events. This event is free to join.
