RREF-supported Student Events

RREF supported the delivery of two recent events held at Henley Business School, enhancing the learning experience of Real Estate and Planning students:

1. Future of PropTech: Future of PropTech was a panel discussion focussing on PropTech and digital transformation within the property industry. This event brought together industry experts and academics to discuss topics such as what is meant by PropTech, what drives it and how can it be harnessed.  Attending students were also able to put their own questions to the panel, and there was the chance to network and have further discussions over drinks and pizza after the talk (supplied by RREF).
2. Real Estate & Planning Networking Evening: At this Industry networking event, 35 companies were present in the Henley Business School foyer, talking to around 80 attending students about what they do and the opportunities they offer.  This was a great opportunity for students to find out about real world industry, the different opportunities available, and to develop their network of contacts. RREF was on hand to support the event and provided food and refreshments to help keep those conversations going.

RREF enjoys close connection with partners within the Business School.  Both of these events, led by the Real Estate and Planning Careers Consultant, Jane Batchelor, were successful at providing students with the opportunity to further their learning and develop their future career prospects within the industry.
