Share your story this International Women's Day at Henley: Give to Gain
Share your story and inspire women across the Henley community:
On 08 March 2026, Henley joins in celebrating International Women's Day (IWD) - a global day that celebrates the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, whilst highlighting the work still needed to achieve gender equality.
We invite women from our international alumni community to share their stories, experiences and journeys to inspire our current students. By lending your voice, you can celebrate your achievements, strengthen the connections that unite our global network, and amplify women’s voices by showcasing your impact at Henley.

115 Years of International Women's Day:
International Women’s Day has been recognised for over a century, yet many of the challenges affecting women’s progress remain. Since 1911, IWD has stood as a shared moment where everyone committed to gender equality can rally to celebrate the progress made thus far, and continue to address and raise awareness of the discrimination that sadly still exists.
Here at Henley, we are always proud of the many inspirational women in our community. With IWD 2026 comes an opportunity to recognise and celebrate the vital role women play across Henley. From students and alumni to faculty, researchers and business leaders, women at Henley are shaping ideas, leading change and strengthening our global network through their insight, ambition and impact. Their contributions enrich our learning environment, drive innovation and reflect the values of collaboration, inclusivity and excellence that defines Henley Business School worldwide.
Your story matters, and we would love to hear of your achievements - your contribution helps build a stronger, more connected global network, where women's voices are heard, valued and celebrated.
