Alongside the Pathways to Property programme, RREF continues to champion equal access to the Real Estate and Planning sector by raising awareness, improving understanding, and showcasing the wide range of career opportunities available to students across the UK.
The Access Internship scheme has a real, lasting impact on students
We are committed to promoting Real Estate & Planning as a field of study for talented students from all backgrounds - particularly those who may not have existing connections within the industry.
The RREF Access Internship scheme plays a key role in this mission, helping students overcome social or experiential barriers to entry and supporting fair access to the profession. We are delighted that this scheme has now been running for over ten years and has been able to support 180 students to garner essential work experience in that time.
All internships in the 2024/25 cycle were delivered in person, and we are grateful to the host companies for their generous support and for providing students with invaluable industry experience.
This year, we are excited to support up to 10 students through the Scheme. Industry registrations are launching this January, offering a great opportunity to get involved and make a real impact.
