An annual programme of flexible leadership development and networking events to use across your organisation. 

Leadership Development sessions are based around six member-identified themes: Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Strategy and Innovation, Organisation, Changae, and Coaching. All have practical takeaways, pitched to inform and inspire senior executives and high potential managers.

Full annual membership (held at £20,000 for 2022) gives your organisation access to up to 350 places across a year-long calendar of in-person and online masterclasses and two-hour webinars.
