Dramatic Change is new and it’s unique. We’ve combined centuries of learning from theatre and the psychology of coaching to create a transformational experience that increases team effectiveness (it’s capacity to reach organisational goals). Dramatic Change is a catalyst. It’s experiential learning with a twist. It breaks down barriers, increases trusts, uncovers individual potential and taps into the creative energy of a team. It helps teams create dramatic and lasting change.
