We're happy to share that Henley's Professor Jonathan Passmore has been recognised alongside other distinguished voices in executive coaching for his significant and lasting contributions to the field in the Thinkers50 Coaching legends.

Jonathan has also been shortlisted again for the 2025 Thinkers50 Coaching & Mentoring Award for his research and writing in coaching.

As professor of Coaching and Behavioural Change at Henley, senior vice president at EZRA, and member of the inaugural Coaches50, Jonathan's research and practical impact have helped transform coaching into the sophisticated discipline it is today. His body of work and lifetime legacy continue to shape how we develop human talent.
