At RREF we remain committed to supporting Real Estate & Planning students in Reading by equipping them with skills and experiences that will set them apart in their career. The RREF Student Mentoring Programme is one of our initiatives that has proven critical in preparing students for the world of work, providing the opportunity for one-to-one engagement with a wide range of professionals in the industry. 

Last year the programme saw 345 mentoring partnerships with a similar number of mentors dedicating their time to nurture current students. To date, over 3,800 young people have benefitted from the programme. We aimed to build on this success and continue to deliver this important provision, for this we asked for the help of our community.

Thanks to the genorosity of the RREF network we have been able to secure £21,754. 

By contributing to this appeal, our supporters have ensured that RREF continues to have the resources needed to deliver its Student Mentoring Programme for another two years.
